烤烟漂浮育苗中不同水位炼苗对烟株生长发育及生理特性的影响

Effects of Seedling Hardening at Different Water Levels in Float System on Growth,Development and Physiological Characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco Plant

  • 摘要: 为解决烤烟漂浮育苗中的还苗期长、不耐干旱的问题,结合湿润托盘育苗技术,以常规漂浮育苗方式为对照设置了浅水水位(垫入砖块使漂盘底面刚好与水面接触)和超低水位(垫入砖块使漂盘底面与水面隔开5cm)等不同程度的水位炼苗试验。结果表明:烟苗生物学性状总体表现为浅水水位较好,超低水位次之,对照较差;烟苗的还苗率、根系活力、硝酸还原酶活性、光合速率和叶绿素含量总体表现为超低水位较好,浅水水位次之。

     

    Abstract: In order to find a solution to the problems of slow restoring and poor drought tolerance of flue-cured tobacco seedlings in float system, the experiment of seedling hardening at two different water levels:low water level (the bottom of seedling tray touching on the water surface) and extra-low water level (the bottom of seedling tray over the water surface by 5cm) was conducted by using conventional float system practice as the control. The results showed that:the biological characteristics of seedlings in low water level treatment were better than that in extra-low water level treatment, both treatments were better than the control. The restoring rate, root system vigor, nitrate reductase activity, photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of tobacco seedling were better in extra-low water level treatment and good in low water level treatment.
