ZJ17卷接机组钢印控制的改进

Improvement of Printer Control in ZJ17 Cigarette Maker

  • 摘要: ZJ17卷接机组由于热车和冷车的差别、布带轮张紧程度、烟丝密度不同等因素,会引起烟支钢印跑偏。为此,采用色标传感器,引入色标负反馈环节对钢印的位置进行实时动态检测,以构成钢印闭环控制。对比实验表明,采用ZJ17原机组钢印控制功能,给定钢印跑偏量为3mm,各生产阶段的钢印控制效果基本未变化;采用钢印色标负反馈控制系统,给定钢印跑偏量为5mm,从冷车开机阶段5mm到3000、7000支/min恒速阶段4mm,加速阶段和停机减速阶段基本在1mm。可见,钢印闭环负反馈能够有效对偏移量进行调节,实现了钢印偏移自动调节的功能,具有一定的适应性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: The factors, such as the working status of machine, the tension of tape drum and the density of cut tobacco, will affect the print position on cigarette in ZJ17 cigarette maker. Therefore, a color mark sensor and negative feedback were adopted to monitor and control the print position real-timely. The comparative experiments showed that with the original print control system and setting print position deviation to 3 mm, the effect of print control at each running stage basically unchanged;with the color mark negative feedback control system, setting the print position deviation to 5 mm, the deviation diminished from 5 mm at starting stage, to 4 mm at constant speed of 3000 or 7000 cigs.per minute, to 1 mm at acceleration stage and deceleration stage. It indicated that the closed-loop negative feedback control system could effectively adjust print position deviation.
