造纸法再造烟叶颜色的定量分析

Quantitative Analysis of Color of Paper-making Process Reconstituted Tobacco

  • 摘要: 为了解决目前造纸法再造烟叶颜色定性描述的局限,应用CIE1976 L*a*b*均匀色空间理论,采用全自动测色色差计建立了造纸法再造烟叶外观颜色的定量检测方法。结果表明:L*、a*、b*能较好地反映外观颜色质量,重复性试验中RSD值均小于5%,重复性良好,可作为再造烟叶颜色检测指标。样品含水率对L*检测结果影响较明显,因此再造烟叶颜色检测必须先对样品进行水分平衡。从再造烟叶批次间及批次内检测结果可看出:L*波动幅度大于a*、b*,且L*在批次内的波动幅度小于批次间的波动幅度。从再造烟叶外观颜色质量控制的要求出发,建议L*允差规定为±2.50,a*、b*允差均规定为±2.00。

     

    Abstract: Dissatisfied with the qualitative description at present, a quantitative color measuring method of paper-making process reconstituted tobacco was established based on CIE1976L*a*b* uniform color space theory and automatic colorimeter.The results showed that: 1) L*, a*, b* could pretty well reflect color quality with good repeatability(RSD<5%) and serve as the color index of paper-making process reconstituted tobacco;2) L* was relatively obviously affected by the moisture content in samples, therefore the samples should be equilibrated before test;3) the testing results of intra-and inter-batch indicated that the fluctuation range of L* was wider than that of a* and b*, and wider between batches than in the same batch.For the requirements of color control of paper-making process reconstituted tobacco, the tolerance of L* was suggested to be±2.50 and that of a* and b* to be±2.00.
