重庆烟草根黑腐病菌的生物学特性

Biological Characteristics of Thielaviopsis basicola on Chongqing Tobacco

  • 摘要: 从发病烟草根部分离得到烟草根黑腐病原菌菌株3个(CPW-1、CPW-2和CWH-1),并对菌株CPW-1和CWH-1的生物学特性进行了相关研究。结果表明:最适合CPW-1和CWH-1生长的培养基分别为PSA和PCA;二者能有效利用乳糖、麦芽糖、淀粉、丙三醇、果糖等碳源,对牛肉膏和酪氨酸等氮源利用效果最好;菌丝最适生长温度均为25℃,CPW-1在pH值为7、CWH-1在pH值为10时菌丝生长速度最快。相同光照、温度条件下CPW-1分生孢子萌发率均高于CWH-1,在有机营养存在时,情况则相反;黑暗条件有利于分生孢子萌发,CPW-1和CWH-1分生孢子萌发的最适温度分别是20℃和15℃,两菌株在淀粉溶液中孢子萌发率最高,两菌株分生孢子最适萌发pH值均为4。

     

    Abstract: Three strains(CPW-1, CPW-2 and CWH-1) of tobacco black root rot were isolated from diseased tobacco plant roots, and the biological characteristics of CPW-1 and CWH-1 were studied.The results showed that the optimal culture mediums for CPW-1 and CWH-1 were PSA and PCA, respectively.The two strans could make good use of carbon sources, such as lactose, maltose, starch, glycerine, fructose, and nitrogen sources, such as beef extract and casein.The optimum temperature for mycelia growth was 25℃.The optimum pH values for mycelia growth of CPW-1 and CWH-1 were pH7 and pH10, respectively.Under the same temperature and light intensity, the germination rate of CPW-1 conidiospore was higher than that of CWH-1, while which was on the contrary at the presence of organic nutrition.It was favorable for the conidiospore germination in the dark, the optimum temperatures for CPW-1 and CWH-1 conidiospore germination were 20℃ and 15℃, respectively.The percentage of conidiospore germination was the highest in starch solution at pH4.
