Abstract: Group casing means applying different casings to different groups of tobacco in a blending batch.In order to minimize the frequency of interruptions due to casing switching,a flexible control technology was proposed,wherein the information of tobacco bales was transferred,simulated,processed synchronically with that of corresponding casing supplying and controlled different valve-islands to change casing supply uninterruptedly.
