Design and Application of Automatic Foil Splicing System in GDX1 Packer

  • 摘要: GDX1包装机组的小盒铝箔纸供给部分的左右盘转换采用手动拼接方式,操作过程复杂,操作人员劳动强度大,为此,设计开发了铝箔纸自动拼接系统。该系统利用原机组的各检测装置,在控制系统和执行机构上增加了相位控制和切刀驱动装置,通过可编程控制器处理铝箔纸用完状态逻辑,输出动作指令,切断并释放用完的铝箔纸盘,吸合使用备用纸盘。应用结果表明,实现了铝箔纸的自动拼接,换纸过程运行稳定,操作维护简单,自动拼接成功率达100%,提高了设备有效作业率,每班节约生产时间6.25min,降低了操作人员的劳动强度。

     

    Abstract: In GDX1 packer,the foil splicing during bobbin change was manually operated,the operation was complicated and laborsome.An automatic foil splicing system was designed,which made use of existed detectors in the packer and added a phase controller and a cutter driving device in control system and executive mechanism respectively.A PLC processed the logic of the exhausting status of foil gave out an order to cut off the foil and release the exhausted bobbin,and switch to the standing by bobbin.The results of practical application indicated that the system realized foil splicing automatically;it ran stably without any failure in automatic splicing and saved 6.25 minutes per shift during production;the system was convenient in operation and maintenance and featured high efficiency and low labor intensity.
