基于模糊层次分析法的切丝机综合性能评判

摘要: 传统方式对切丝机性能进行评价具有一定的片面性,为了全面评价切丝机的综合性能,采用层次分析法建立了切丝机综合性能的评价模型。以SQ315B型和SQ317B型两种切丝机为研究对象,运用二级模糊综合评判法对它们的各项性能指标进行了评价。结果表明,两种切丝机的综合性能总指标均"较好",但SQ317B型切丝机的各项性能优于SQ315B型切丝机,证明SQ317B型切丝机是SQ31系列切丝机中单机生产能力较大。层次分析法和模糊综合评判法可以更科学地评价切丝机综合性能,为卷烟厂合理地选择切丝机提供了参考。Abstract: A model for assessing comprehensive performance of tobacco cutter was established with stratification analysis.The performances of tobacco cutters type SQ315B and SQ317B were studied,every performance index was assessed with two-level fuzzy comprehensive assessment method.The results showed that overall index of these two cutters were "good",however,individually,each index of SQ317B was better than that of SQ315B,which indicated that the capacity of SQ317B cutter was the largest in series SQ31 cutters.Stratification analysis and fuzzy comprehensive assessment provide a more scientifical way for cigarette factory in tobacco cutter selection.
