基于SPAD值的田间氮肥管理模式对烤烟产质量及氮肥利用率的影响
Effects of SPAD Value-based Field Nitrogen Management on Yield,Quality and Nitrogen Fertilizer Utilization of Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要: 为解决烤烟施肥利用效率低和施氮过高带来的烟叶品质下降等问题,以烤烟品种K326为材料,研究了基于SPAD值的田间实时氮肥管理模式(RTNM)对烤烟植物学性状、产质量及氮肥利用率的影响。结果表明:在RTNM模式下,随着SPAD阈值由38增至48,氮肥用量由60kg/hm2增至200kg/hm2。SPAD阈值为38~43范围内,随着SPAD阈值的提高,烟株株高增加,叶长、宽扩大,烟叶产量与产值显著提高,最高值分别为2844.09kg/hm2和26989.24元/hm2,烟叶化学成分较为协调,平均氮肥利用率达46.06%;当SPAD设定阈值超过45.5时,烟叶产值、内在质量和氮肥利用率显著下降。在本试验条件下,烤烟K326品种在RTNM模式下的SPAD阈值40.5~43范围内(氮肥用量为75~110kg/hm2)能获得较高的烟叶产量、产值和氮肥利用率。Abstract: In order to solve the problems of insufficient nitrogen fertilizer utilization and deterioration of leaf quality caused by over application of nitrogen fertilizer in tobacco fields,the effects of SPAD value-based real-time nitrogen management(RTNM) mode on the botanical characters,yield,quality and nitrogen fertilizer utilization of flue-cured tobacco were studied in field by using cv.K326 as experimental material.The result showed that in RTNM mode,the application rate of nitrogen fertilizer raised from 60 to 200 kg/ha as the SPAD threshold raised from 38 to 48.Plant height,leaf length,leaf width,and the yield and output values of tobacco leaf increased obviously as the SPAD threshold raised from 38 to 43,and the highest yield and output values were 2844.09 kg/ha and 26989.24 RMB yuan/ha,respectively.Meanwhile,the chemical compositions in tobacco leaf were harmonious and average rate of nitrogen fertilizer utilization reached 46.06%.When SPAD value was over 45.5,the output value,leaf quality and fertilizer utilization decreased significantly.Under the experimental condition,the higher yield,output value and fertilizer utilization of flue-cured tobacco cv.K326 were achievable when SPAD threshold ranged from 40.5 to 43(application rate of nitrogen fertilizer from 75 to 110 kg/ha) in RTNM mode.
