烟草切丝机排链气动离合器的使用条件分析

Application Condition Analyzing for Pneumatic Clutches of Bands in Tobacco Cutter

  • 摘要: SQ3A系列切丝机在排链传动系统的前端安装了气动离合器,用于切丝机停机时驱动电机与排链传动系统的迅速分离,较好地解决切丝机停机时产生的细丝问题;近几年引进的国外新机型及新开发的SQ341-344、NQ11-13系列切丝机,采用新型伺服控制系统后未加装气动离合器,也较好地解决了细丝问题。通过建立数学模型与实测数据计算,对烟草切丝机排链气动离合器的使用条件进行了分析,结果表明:①在切丝机排链传动系统中,排链驱动电机的输出端应安装气动离合器,以解决切丝机停机时产生的细丝问题;②如果切丝机的排链控制系统能够将排链驱动电机在很短时间内刹车,也可取消气动离合器装置。

     

    Abstract: In cutters of SQ3A series,pneumatic clutches are installed at the front end of band driving system to quickly disengage the driving motor from transmission system of bands when the machine is stopping,which effectively prevents the generation of narrow tobacco strands.The problem of narrow strands has been well solved in imported and new cutters of SQ341-244 and NQ11-13 series by incorporating servo control system,the working conditions for pneumatic clutches in tobacco cutter were analyzed by establishing mathematical models and calculating measured data.The results show that:1) it is necessary to install pneumatic clutches at the output end of band driving system to avoid the generation of narrow strands;2) if the band driving motor can be stopped by a control system within a very short time,pneumatic clutches are dispensable.
