齿形吸风带在GDX2包装机组铝箔纸吸风装置上的应用

摘要: GDX2包装机组铝箔纸吸风装置采用平皮带输送铝箔纸方式,易出现铝箔纸输送歪斜、阻塞等现象,降低设备运行效率,增加铝箔纸消耗。为此,对铝箔纸吸风输送装置进行了改进,将平皮带输送铝箔纸改为同步齿形吸风带输送。具体方法是:根据主动轮与被动轮的中心距和滚轮大小等选择合适的齿形吸风带,将传动滚轮改为组合式齿形带轮,齿形带张紧调整由偏心轴改为被动带轮支架长孔。改进后应用结果表明,采用齿形吸风带输送铝箔纸,延长了吸风带使用寿命,传动精度高,铝箔纸输送状态稳定,有效防止吸风带跑偏,铝箔纸阻塞由改进前的12次/班降低为5次/班,吸风带更换频次由10条/年降低为0,铝箔纸消耗由2.76 kg/50000支降低为2.75 kg/50000支,提高了设备运行效率。

Abstract: The foil in GDX2 packer transferred with a flat belt is liable to deviate from its proper position even jam the machine.The foil conveying device was improved by replacing flat belt assembly with toothed suction belt assembly.The application results showed that the incidence of foil jam reduced from 12 times/shift to 5 times/shift and foil consumption decreased from 2.76 kg to 2.75 kg per 50000 cigs.The working life of the toothed suction belt was more than 10 times as long as that of the flat belt.
