烟叶原料对卷烟主流烟气水分的影响

Relationship Between Leaf Tobacco and Moisture Content in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke

  • 摘要: 为了解烟叶原料对卷烟主流烟气水分的影响,对云南不同地区生产的98个不同等级的K326、红花大金元、云烟85和V2烟叶样品的总糖、还原糖、总氮、钾离子、氯离子和主流烟气水分的检测数据进行了统计分析。结果表明:①K326、红花大金元、云烟85烟叶主流烟气水分差异不大,平均为3.7 mg/支,V2品种烟叶主流烟气水分平均为2.5 mg支/;②同一品种,上部烟叶主流烟气水分>中部烟叶>下部烟叶;③同一品种不同产地烟叶主流烟气水分有一定差异,但差异小于部位,尤其是上、中部与下部;④主流烟气水分与烟叶的总糖、还原糖、钾离子负相关,与总氮正相关,与氯离子不相关。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the relationship between leaf tobacco and the moisture content in mainstream cigarette smoke,the statistical analysis of test data of total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen,Cl-,and K+ contents in 98 tobacco leaf samples paralleled with the moisture contents in mainstream smoke was carried out.The samples were of different cultivars,including K326,Honghuadajinyuan(Hongda),Yunyan85 and V2,from different stalk positions and different producing areas in Yunnan Province.The results showed that:1) the difference of moisture contents in mainstream smoke between K326,Hongda and Yunyan85 was insignificant,the average moisture content was 3.7 mg/cig.,while the average moisture content in mainstream smoke of V2 was 2.5 mg/cig.;2) for the same cultivar,the moisture content in mainstream smoke of upper leaves was higher than that of middle leaves,and that of lower leaves was the least;3) for the same cultivar,some differences in moisture contents in mainstream smoke existed between producing areas,which was not as significant as that between stalk positions,particularly between upper,middle leaves and lower leaves;4) the moisture contents in mainstream smoke positively correlated with total nitrogen content,negatively correlated with total sugar,reducing sugar and K+ contents,but not related to Cl-content.
