步进式烤房的技术改进

Improvement of Stepping Flue-curing Barn

  • 摘要: 为了节约烟叶烘烤能源,减少环境污染,进一步提高多功能气流平移步进式烟叶烤房的可用性,进行了在该烤房干燥区房顶安装太阳能集热利用装置,干燥区内墙面喷涂超级陶瓷隔热涂料、安装程控调温除尘设备和干燥区载烟车安装电动推进装置烘烤烟叶试验。结果表明:①烤房干燥区顶部安装太阳能采集板,烘烤千克干烟耗煤量降低12.35%,烘烤费用降低12.72%;②烤房干燥区内墙面喷涂隔热涂料,烘烤千克干烟耗煤量减少6.70%,费用减少6.72%;③烤房安装程控调温除尘装置,烘烤千克干烟耗煤量、烟尘,SO2,NOX的排放量分别降低9.79%,46.2%,22.8%,19.1%,新增石灰水费用0.005元,综合计算,烘烤千克干烟费用降低8.28%;④干燥区载烟车安装电动推进装置,烘烤千克干烟用工费用减少31.25%,耗电量增加3.57%;⑤同时采用这4种技术的步进式烤房,烘烤千克干烟总费用减少25.73%,粉尘、SO2和NOX排放量分别减少56.40%,37.47%和34.29%。

     

    Abstract: In order to save energy,reduce environmental pollution,further enhance the applicability of multifunction stepping flue-curing barn,tobacco fluecuring were experimented after installing a solar energy collector on the roof of the drying section,coating the inner wall of drying section with a ceramic thermal insulation coating,setting a programmable temperature control and dusting system,and adding an electrically powered pusher on the leaf truck in the drying section.The results showed that:1) the solar energy collector cut the coal consumption and curing cost per kilogram dry tobacco by 12.35% and 12.72%,respectively;2) the thermal insulation coating cut the coal consumption and curing cost by 6.70% and 6.72%,respectively;3) the programmable temperature control and dusting system reduced the coal consumption and emission of dust,SO2 and NOX per kilogram tobacco by 9.79%,46.2%,22.8% and 19.1%,respectively;taking the newly increased limewater cost of 0.005 RMB yuan into account,the curing cost reduced by 8.28%;4) the labor cost reduced by 31.25%,however electric power consumption increased by 3.57%;5) the total curing cost and emission of dust,SO2 and NOX reduced by 25.73%,56.40%,37.47% and 34.29%,respectively.
