基于SOA模式的离散制造业信息系统集成应用

Integration of Discrete Information Systems in Manufacturing Industry Based on SOA

  • 摘要: 传统的企业应用集成属于紧耦合模式,该集成方式降低了业务系统的灵活性和扩展性,增加了维护难度,阻碍了业务的流程调整和优化。为此,以上海烟草机械有限责任公司为例,介绍了基于SOA模式的离散制造业信息系统的集成应用。根据SOA的特点和优势,应用企业服务总线构建实现了基于Web服务的应用SOA模式,对业务流程进行整合。应用结果表明,采用SOA模式可有效避免各应用系统内产生冗余数据,使系统间的通信更通畅,各分散应用系统间的业务流程重组更灵活。实现了将业务流程从单一、点对点、重复向维护成本较低的高度利用、共享服务应用转变,迅速适应和传送企业关键业务服务,以满足市场需求,提高服务水平。

     

    Abstract: Traditional application integration is of closed coupling mode by nature,which reduces the flexibility and extensibility of business system,increases difficulty in maintenance and impedes the adjustment and optimization of business flow.Therefore,the SOA-based integration of discrete information systems in manufacturing industry was introduced by taking Shanghai Tobacco Machinery Company Limited as an example.By the character and advantages of SOA,and making use of the architecture of service bus in place the business flow was integrated by the implementation of SOA application mode based on Web service.The application results indicated that SOA mode could effectively avoid the generation of redundant data in various application systems and achieve more fluent communication between different systems and flexible restructuring of business flow between discrete application systems.The integrated system turns the business flow from an isolated point-to-point and repeated status into a low maintenance cost,high utilization and sharing service one to better meet market demands.
