覆膜商标纸对FOCKE701包装机组运行的影响

Effects of Film-laminated Blank on Running of FOCKE701 Packer

  • 摘要: 由于覆膜商标纸弹性大,不易折叠,折叠后反弹力较大,使烟包成型与粘贴困难,在FOCKE701包装机组实际运行过程中存在着商标纸吸取不好、堵塞、卡车、产生不合格烟包等现象。为此,对覆膜商标纸主要工艺参数及不同裁切方式进行了试验改进。结果表明,覆膜商标纸摩擦系数、压痕挺度是影响FOCKE701运行的主要工艺参数。覆膜商标纸摩擦系数标准范围:静摩擦系数(纵向)0.25±0.02,动摩擦系数(纵向)0.20±0.02;商标纸压痕挺度标准范围30~40g。在此标准下,覆膜商标纸在1000包/min的速度条件下,运行正常。改进裁切方式后的商标纸,切口宽度由原来的0.1mm左右分别增加到5.1mm和3mm,减少了纸张之间的相互挤压,商标纸吸取堵塞次数由原来的每天80次以上减少到不超过5次,提高了设备运行效率和包装质量。

     

    Abstract: The high resilience of film-laminated blank causes troubles in FOCKE701 packer running, such as ill blank pickup, blank path jam, machine block and high wastage rate. Therefore, the main technical parameters of the blank and the way of cutting were experimented. The results showed that the friction coefficient of the blank and stiffness of fold line were the main parameters affecting FOCKE701 packer running, the desired ranges of friction coefficient were:static friction coefficient(longitudinal) 0.25± 0.02, kinetic friction coefficient(longitudinal) 0.20± 0.02, and the desired stiffness of fold line ranged from 30 g to 40 g. Within these ranges, FOCKE701 packer could run normally at a speed of 1000 packets per minute. After improving the way of blank cutting, the cut widths of blank increased from 0.1 mm to 5.1 mm and 3 mm, respectively, which reduced the squeeze between blanks, and the frequency of blank jam decreased from over 80 to less than 5 times a day.
