AF12滤嘴接装机滤棒分切形式转换的设计研究

摘要: AF12滤嘴接装机生产不同规格卷烟时要采取不同的滤棒分切形式,为实现滤棒分切形式的转换,根据滤嘴接装机的工艺流程,建立了物料流量匹配原则,并运用该原理对滤棒六分切形式的结构和传动参数进行了分析计算,由此推导出滤棒四分切的理论参数和实施方法:①将切割鼓轮和错位鼓轮改为2片式,调整或更换滤棒导向;②更换替换齿轮Zg2=48,提高切割鼓轮转速;③在不改变速比的情况下,增加错位鼓轮每片的槽数为21槽,保证当量槽数不变;④离合器齿数改为9齿,保证错位鼓轮与排直鼓轮的相位;⑤采用1片滤棒切刀;⑥根据滤棒长度调整料仓和导板。Abstract: For making cigarettes of different filter specifications,AF12 plug assembler has to be modified.In order to realize the conversion from 6-fold to 4-fold plugs,the principle of plug flow,the structure and transmission parameters of the plug assembler were analyzed.The assembler was modified as follows:1) changing the cutting drum and grading drum into a two-piece structure and adjusting or replacing filter rod guide;2) replacing change gear Zg2=48 to raise the rotation speed of cutting drum;3) for maintaining speed ratio unchanged,increasing the groove number of grading drum to 21;4) changing the clutch into one with 9 teeth to ensure the synchronization between grading drum and aligning drum;5) using one plug knife;6) adjusting hopper and guides according to plug length.
