滤棒成型机V槽单支剔废的实现分析

Feasibility Analysis of Single-plug Rejection via V-shape Groove in Filter Rod Maker

  • 摘要: 目前烟草行业使用的滤棒成型机都具有相似的V槽剔废功能,稳定生产时的连续多支剔废,会产生大量的废品剔除。为此,利用自动化集成技术,提出了一种在滤棒成型机上实现V槽单支剔废功能的技术方案。以伺服驱动控制器为例论述了实现该功能的整个运作过程,利用实例推导了根据滤棒长度变化而改变的剔除窗口公式,并阐述了使用相位跟踪可以快速寻找到最佳起始剔除点及其修正方法,达到精确剔废目的。经过实车验证表明,采用连续多支剔废,拼接头剔废、废品剔废和缺段剔废均 ≥ 5支,而单支剔废则分别为 ≤ 2支、1支和1支。可见,滤棒成型机V槽单支剔废提高了控制精度,减少了大量的无谓损耗。

     

    Abstract: The filter rod makers now used in the tobacco industry always have a similar V-shape groove,which rejects sequentially a number of filter plugs and results in material waste.A new rejection system,wherein only the targeted defective plug is rejected by means of automatic integration technology,was proposed.Taking servo drive controller as an example,the working procedure was explained.The rejection window formula which changed with the change of finished filter plug length was derived.The method for quickly finding out the optimal starting point of rejection and its correction by phase tracking was also described.The results of pilot test showed that in case of plug wrap joint,defects or segment missing plug,the sequential rejection system would reject at least 5 plugs,while the new system would reject 1 to 2 plugs.It means less material consumption.
