基于雾化技术的三醋酸甘油酯自动喷雾系统的设计与实现

Design and Realization of Automatic Triacetin Spraying System Based on Atomizing Technology

  • 摘要: KDF2型滤棒成型机组的增塑剂上胶系统,采用毛刷旋转甩涂三醋酸甘油酯控制滤棒硬度,存在三醋酸甘油酯喷涂不均匀、丝束与三醋酸甘油酯浪费严重等问题,为提高滤棒质量,设计了基于雾化技术的三醋酸甘油酯自动喷雾系统。该系统采用"PLC+触摸屏"作为主控制器,增压泵将加热的三醋酸甘油酯高压泵入集油器,通过喷嘴均匀喷雾到运行丝束上;利用PLC内置定位功能和伺服定位模块,实时跟踪丝束速度,精确控制活门位置,调节三醋酸甘油酯流量;通过检测三醋酸甘油酯箱内三醋酸甘油酯温度和液位,完成三醋酸甘油酯自动加热和施加。测试结果表明,滤棒硬度达到88%±1.8%,硬度过程能力指数达到1.4以上;三醋酸甘油酯喷涂均匀,系统运行稳定可靠,平均跑条量由原来的38 g减少到5.8 g,平均剔除量由原来的1282 g减少到32 g,有效减少了三醋酸甘油酯和丝束损耗。

     

    Abstract: The brush type plasticizer system in KDF2 filter rod maker tends to result in wide variation in triacetin addition and material waste.In order to improve the quality of filter rod,an automatic triacetin spraying system based on atomizing technology was designed,wherein PLC and touch screen acted as main controllers.Heated triacetin was pumped into a manifold under high-pressure then evenly sprayed on the running tow by nozzle.By means of the build-in positioning function of PLC and servo positioning module,the tow speed was tracked,the plasticizer valve was accurately controlled to adjust the flow rate of triacetin.By detecting the triacetin temperature and level in the plasticizer booth,triacetin temperature and volume were automatically maintained.The practical testing results showed that the filter rod hardness reached 88%±1.8%,and the process capability index for rod hardness was above 1.4.Triacetin was sprayed evenly and the system ran smoothly and reliably.The average amount of rod break-out and rejection reduced from 38 g to 5.8 g and from 1282 g to 32 g,respectively.
