SPC的3σ原理在叶丝干燥出口含水率监测中的应用

Application of SPC 3σ Principle to Output Moisture Content Monitoring in Cut Tobacco Drying

  • 摘要: 为了使SPC控制图更适应于制丝生产线的质量指标监测,分析了传统的休哈特控制图在制丝线实际应用中假报警率高的原因,根据SPC的3σ原理计算平均值控制图的上下控制界限,建立了3σ平均值控制图,并以叶丝干燥工序出口含水率监测为试验对象,研究了控制图的应用。结果显示,3σ平均值控制图与传统休哈特平均值控制图相比,假报警率由70%以上降低到5%以下,3σ平均值控制图更适用于烟草制丝线的质量统计过程控制,提高了SPC应用的有效性。

     

    Abstract: In order to make SPC control chart more suitable for quality monitoring in tobacco primary processing line,the reasons causes of higher false alarming rate of traditional Shewhart control chart in primary processing line were analyzed.A 3σ average value control chart was established based on the upper and lower limits of average value control chart,and the application of control chart to the output moisture content monitoring in cut tobacco drying was studied.The results showed that comparing with Shewhart control chart,the 3σ control chart reduced false alarming rate from more than 70% to below 5%.It suggested that 3σ control chart was more applicable to the SPC of tobacco primary processing.
