滤棒储存输送系统的改造

摘要: 由于滤棒储存输送系统中各个单机相互独立,发射机和接收机之间的滤棒传输管道不能调换,以及其信号传输为对应的开关量信号不便于对系统进行管理和检测,日常维护工作量较大。为此,采用现场总线和柔性连接系统对滤棒储存输送系统进行了改造。改造后滤棒发射率达到98%以上,现场基本上不再堆放滤棒,实现了运行状态监测、信息查询和交换等。滤棒发射机和接收机之间的灵活调配,提高了生产效率,降低了工人的劳动强度。Abstract: The filter rod storing and conveying system now in use comprises a group of independent shooter units,each shooter was connected to a remote receiver by a pipe for filter rod conveying and the set shooter-receiver connection is fixed and not changeable,and its signal transmission is of on-off-type,which is not convenient to monitoring and routine maintenance.The system was improved with a fieldbus and a flexible connection system.After improving,the shooting rate of filter rod reached more than 98%.basically no filter rod was stacked on-site.System's running state monitoring,information inquiring and exchanging were realized.The free linking between shooter and receiver reduced operators' labor intensity and increased production efficiency.
