烟草行业国际标准投票系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of a System for Voting on International Standard in Tobacco Industry

摘要: 国内烟草行业国际标准投票工作采用传统的纸质办公方式,工作量大,操作繁琐,且对投票单、项目和专家不能实现高效的统一管理。为此,基于WEB技术采用B/S架构设计了国际标准投票管理信息系统。系统实现了对投票、项目和专家的一体化管理,使投票工作不受时间和地点限制,方便了专家投票及秘书处对项目和专家的管理。系统投入使用以来,性能稳定,已有20多位国内专家和18家中烟工业公司,利用该系统完成了20多个国际标准项目的投票,收到600多份投票结果,提高了投票工作效率,实现了烟草行业国际标准化投票工作的统一管理。

Abstract: The voting on international standard in the tobacco industry takes a lot of paper works in China.A WEB-based voting system was designed by adopting B/S structure,involving the management of data about voting,subjects and experts.Voting could be conducted at any time and any place,which is convenient to either experts or the secretariat.The practical application showed that the system was reliable.Votings on more than 20 international standard subjects have been carried out through this system,received over 600 votes from more than 20 domestic experts and 18 tobacco industrial companies.
