基于网络的滤棒交换站控制模式改造

Improvement of Control System of Flexible Line Connector Based on Network

  • 摘要: 德国豪尼公司的滤棒交换站(FLC)控制系统中,采用大量的专用7芯通讯电缆以完成滤棒发射机、FLC、滤棒接收机之间的通讯连接,在使用过程中无法掌握管道连接情况,容易产生误操作,造成滤棒错牌。为此,采用标准工业以太网络取代专用通讯电缆实现通讯连接。该方法通过操作终端界面设定发射机与接收机通道的对应关系,并通过可视化界面及时掌握当前的管道连接情况,指导操作人员进行管道的正确对接,实现滤棒发射机与接收机的柔性配置和实时监控。改造后的FLC系统,利用标准工业以太网实现了滤棒发射机、FLC、滤棒接收机3方的相互通信,提高了卷烟滤棒输送环节的可扩展性、可维护性、可操作性,有效减少了管道更换的误操作,降低了设备购置和维护成本。

     

    Abstract: In the control system of HAUNI FLC,the communication among filter shooters,FLC and filter receivers is carried out by a group of 7-core communication cables.The operator can not get any information about pipe connection at site,and there is no sign if a receiver is fed from a wrong shooter.Therefore,the cable communication was replaced by a standard industrial Ethernet,in which connection relationship between shooter and receiver is set at the operation terminal interface and displayed to guide and inspect shooter-receiver connecting.The other benefits of the new system include ease of maintenance,operation,extension and lower cost.
