Correlation Between Some Chemical Components in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaf and its Equilibrium Moisture Content

  • 摘要: 为研究烤烟烟叶平衡含水率与其化学成分的相关性,测定了50个有代表性烤烟烟叶样品在不同温度、相对湿度条件下的平衡含水率及其部分主要化学成分指标,并对各平衡点下的平衡含水率与这些化学成分进行了主成分回归分析。结果表明:①对烟叶平衡含水率影响最大的化学成分为总糖或还原糖;②通过烤烟烟叶的部分化学成分能预测其在一定温湿度下的平衡含水率。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the correlation between equilibrium moisture content and some chemical components in flue-cured tobacco leaves,the chemical components in 50 representative samples of flue-cured tobacco leaf from different areas and their equilibrium moisture contents under different temperatures and relative humidities were tested.The principal component regression analysis of chemical components versus equilibrium moisture content was conducted.The results showed that:1) Total sugar or reducing sugar is the key factor influencing the equilibrium moisture content of flue-cured tobacco leaf;2) The equilibrium moisture content of flue-cured tobacco leaf under given temperature and relative humidity is predictable by some of the leaf's chemical components.
