Effects of Aging Time on Physical Characteristics of Microwave Expanded Stem

  • 摘要: 为探索陈化时间对微波膨胀烟梗关键物理特性的影响,研究了陈化不同时间的微波膨梗含水率、回潮过程体积变化率及成品填充值和得率的变化,并引入了总体积变化率来衡量膨胀烟梗回潮处理过程中产生的体积变化程度。结果表明:随膨胀烟梗陈化时间的延长,陈化体积变化率呈增大的趋势,回潮前后体积变化率和总体积变化率呈减小的趋势,7 d后变化均趋缓,但总体积变化率的变异系数小于10%;膨胀烟梗陈化时间的变化对其成品颗粒的填充值具有一定的影响,而对成品得率的变化影响较小;烟梗经微波膨胀后陈化7~14 d为宜。

     

    Abstract: For investigating the effects of aging time on the main physical characteristics of microwave expanded stem during processing,the changes of moisture content,variation rate of volume during moistening,filling value and yield of expanded stem with aging time were studied,and the variation rate of whole volume was used to evaluate the variation degree of expanded stem volume during moistening.The results showed that with the prolongation of aging time,the variation rate of aging volume increased,while the variation rate of volume before and after moistening and that of whole volume decreased;the change rates diminished after 7 days,however the variance coefficient of whole volume variation rate was less than 10%.Aging time affected the filling value of expended tobacco stem granules to a certain extent,it affected the yield of product slightly.The proper aging time of microwave expanded stem was 7 to 14 days.
