基于IPC-PLC的PASSIM卷接机组电控系统设计

Design of Electric Control System in PASSIM Filter Cigarette Maker Based on IPC-PLC

  • 摘要: PASSIM卷接机组原电控系统由局部PLC配以逻辑电路板组成,抗干扰能力低,故障率高,存在着误剔和漏剔现象,造成生产效率低,原材料消耗大等问题。为此,设计了基于IPC-PLC的新型卷接机组电控系统。该系统采用工业控制计算机IPC作为整个系统的控制核心,以可编程控制器PLC实现机组的过程控制,通过PROFIBUS-DP总线完成机组各系统间的数据通讯,并利用EtherCAT工业以太网和TwinCAT实时系统,实现了烟支质量检测和重量控制功能。改造后PASSIM卷接机组运行稳定可靠,可实时在线准确检测和剔除不合格烟支,机组有效作业率由原来的90%提高到95%以上,降低了原辅材料的消耗,提高了企业设备管理、数据采集的自动化与网络化程度。

     

    Abstract: The electric control system in PASSIM filter cigarette maker composed of PLC and logic control circuit board has the shortcomings of poor resistance to disturbance and frequent machine failure,which results in low production efficiency and high material consumption.A new electric control system based on IPC-PLC was designed,wherein IPC was used as a core controller,PLC was used for process control,and the communication among various systems in the maker was carried out by PROFIBUS-DP.Cigarette quality inspection and weight control were fulfilled by EtherCAT industrial Ethernet and TwinCAT real-time system.The improved PASSIM filter cigarette maker ran stably and reliably,detected and rejected defective cigarettes precisely;machine efficiency increased from 90% to more than 95%;material consumption reduced.The level of automation and networking of equipment management and data acquisition were improved.
