烟草水浸液pH测试条件比较

Comparison of Test Conditions for pH Values of Aqueous Infusion of Tobacco

摘要: 为准确测定烟草水浸液的pH,采用电位分析仪比较了样品用量、测试温度、测试时间、过滤、溶液状态等对烟草水浸液pH测定值的影响。结果表明,样品用量10%(质量分数),测试温度20℃,测试时间 ≥ 3 min,烟草水浸液的pH测定值变化幅度较小;过滤及萃取液澄清度对样品水浸液的pH无明显影响。

Abstract: To accurately determine the pH value of aqueous infusion of tobacco,the effects of sample volume,test temperature,test time,filtration and solution status on the determined pH values of aqueous infusion of tobacco were compared with a potentiometric analyzer.The results indicated that:1) When sample volume was 10%(mass fraction),test temperature 20℃,test time not less than 3 minutes,the fluctuation range of determined pH value was narrower;2) Filtration and clarity of infusion did not affect the pH value significantly.
