DRC-ICP/MS法同时测定卷烟烟丝中8种重金属

Simultaneous Determination of Eight Heavy Metals in Cut Filler by DRC-ICP-MS

摘要: 为快速准确地测定卷烟烟丝中的重金属元素,建立了微波消解、动态反应池-电感耦合等离子体/质谱(DRC-ICP/MS)法同时测定卷烟烟丝中的Cr,Ni,As,Se,Cd,Cs,Hg和Pb含量的方法。结果表明:方法的回收率85.06%~119.54%,相对标准偏差均小于10%,检出限0.24~70.05 ng/L。

Abstract: To quickly and accurately determine the heavy metals in cut filler,a DRC-ICP-MS method for determining Cr,Ni,As,Se,Cd,Cs,Hg and Pb in cut filler is established with microwave digestion.The results showed that the recoveries of these elements ranged from 85.06% to 119.54% with the relative standard deviations below 10% and the limits of detection of 0.24 to 70.05 ng/L.
