基于网络图法的卷烟分拣排程的算法与应用

Algorithm of Cigarette Sorting Scheduling Basing on Network Graph and its Application

  • 摘要: 目前卷烟自动分拣线的控制策略普遍采用传统的实时控制分拣排程算法,存在编程复杂、缺乏统一标准、无法取得理想效果等问题,为此,提出了基于网络图法的卷烟分拣排程算法。通过多个项目的仿真结果显示:①采用该算法建立的模型分拣控制误差小,由大于1.5 s订/单减少为平均0.1 s订/单;②可实现快速建模,平均建模周期由3个工作日减少到1个工作日。与传统的实时控制分拣排程算法相比,基于网络图法算法准确可靠,能够有效缩短开发周期,可广泛应用于实施项目控制、系统仿真试验等场合。

     

    Abstract: Classical real-time control sorting scheduling algorithm is commonly used in control strategies of automatic cigarette sorting lines today,which is complex in programming and lacks unified standards,and is unable to achieve an ideal effect.Therefore,a cigarette sorting scheduling algorithm basing on network graph was proposed.The simulation results of several projects showed that the model created on the basis of network graph reduced control error from more than 1.5 seconds per order to an average of 0.1 second per order,and the average time for modeling decreased from 3 days/model to 1 days/model.Comparing with classical real-time control sorting scheduling algorithm,the proposed algorithm is more accurate and reliable and effectively shortens development cycle,which can be widely applied to the cases of implementation of project control,simulation test of system and others.
