单支剔除技术在包装机下烟库中的应用

Application of Single-cigarette Rejection Technology in Cigarette Hopper of Cigarette Packer

  • 摘要: 目前包装机使用的空头烟支检测与剔除装置均设置在小包模盒部位进行检测,为剔除几支不合格烟支而将整包烟全部剔除,即出现"好烟陪绑"现象,从而造成原辅材料浪费,降低设备有效作业率。为此开发了单支剔除技术。单支剔除系统主要由主电控箱、人机界面屏、工作台罩壳、检测器、剔除机构等组成,检测系统安装于下烟库下烟通道中进行采样,判断烟支是否合格并在剔除口将不合格烟支剔除。通过改变检测剔除工位,单支剔除技术实现了空头烟支的单支剔除,解决了"好烟陪绑"问题。实际应用效果表明,单支剔除系统运行检测稳定,结构简单,操作方便,剔除率达83.7%。与传统的整包烟剔除技术相比,当生产量为561.3万包时(4个月产量)可节约11205包,有效降低了消耗,提高了设备生产效率。

     

    Abstract: The loose end cigarette is detected and rejected at the position of packet mandrel in existing cigarette packers,a whole group of cigarettes have to be rejected once a loose end cigarette is detected,which results in material waste and low efficiency.Therefore,a single-cigarette rejecting system was designed,which was composed of major electric control cabinet,man-machine interface screen,working table guard,detector and rejecting mechanism.The detector system was installed in the discharge channels of the cigarette hopper,it detected cigarettes,the defective cigarette was rejected at a rejecting point.The practical application results indicated that the system was stable in running,simple in structure and convenient in operation,with a rejecting rate up to 83.7%.Comparing with traditional packet rejecting system,the new system saved 11205 packets against 5613 thousand packets,the total production in a period of 4 months.
