β-紫罗兰酮-β-环糊精包合物的结构确证及热分解动力学

Structure Verification and Thermal Decomposition Kinetics of β-Ionone and β-Cyclodextrin Inclusion Compound

  • 摘要: 利用饱和水溶液法制备了β-环糊精与β-紫罗兰酮的包合物,采用IR法确证了包合物的结构,并进行了包合物的热分解动力学分析和卷烟加香试验。结果表明:①制备的包合物为目标物;②包合物的热稳定性较β-紫罗兰酮高,其内的结合力主要是范德华力;③包合物具有提高卷烟烟气的香气质和香气量,降低刺激性和改善余味的作用。

     

    Abstract: An inclusion compound of β-ionone and β-cyclodextrin was prepared from their saturated solution,analyzed by thermogravimetric analyzer,differential thermal analyzer and IR spectrometer,and applied to cigarette as a flavor.The results showed that:1) The obtained compound was verified;2) The thermal stability of the inclusion compound was higher than β-ionone,the bonding of β-ionone and β-cyclodextrin was mainly the results of Van der Waals force;3) The inclusion compound enhanced the aroma quality and quantity,improved aftertaste and reduced irritation of cigarette smoke.
