再造烟叶主要化学组分的AOTF-NIR在线监测

Online Monitoring of Major Chemical Components in Reconstituted Tobacco by AOTF-NIRWANG

  • 摘要: 为了在线监控造纸法再造烟叶产品的质量,采用声光可调近红外光谱技术(AOTF-NIR),结合偏最小二乘法(PLS),建立了造纸法再造烟叶中烟碱、总糖、还原糖、钾离子和氯离子在线预测模型,并结合SPC理论对再造烟叶产品主要化学组分进行了在线监控。结果表明,烟碱、总糖、还原糖、钾离子和氯离子模型预测的平均相对偏差分别为2.10%,2.03%,2.48%,2.91%和2.01%,这些模型结合SPC理论可实现对再造烟叶产品主要化学组分的在线监控。

     

    Abstract: For online quality monitor of a paper-making process,the models for predicting nicotine,total sugar,reducing sugar,chlorine ion and potassium ion in reconstituted tobacco were established by the application of acoustooptic tunable nearinfrared spectroscopy(AOTF-NIR) combined with partial least squares(PLS).By integrating with statistical process control(SPC) theory,the major chemical components in reconstituted tobacco were monitored online by the established models.The results showed that the average relative deviations of the predicted values of nicotine,total sugar,reducing sugar,chlorine ion and potassium ion were 2.10%,2.03%,2.48%,2.91% and 2.01%,respectively.It was concluded that the method was practible for online monitoring of the major chemical components in reconstituted tobacco.
