环境湿度及滤棒成型工艺参数对醋纤丝束飞花量的影响

Effects of Ambient Humidity and Technical Parameters on Flying Generation in Filter Rod Making

  • 摘要: 为减少滤棒成型过程出现的飞花量,优化成型工艺,提高滤棒质量,对不同丝束水分、不同相对湿度环境下的醋纤丝束进行了飞花量测试,采用正交试验法分别对ZL26A成型机的三道气流开松压力和开松机螺纹辊压力的工艺参数进行了研究,并分析了不同开松比下的飞花量变化。结果表明:①丝束水分控制在5%~7.6%,生产环境相对湿度控制在50%~70%,可显著减少丝束飞花量;②开松机螺纹辊压力对开松飞花量有显著影响,调节预张力辊、喂料辊、开松辊压力分别为0.08,0.2,0.18 MPa,开松比在1.41~1.42,可使成型过程中的丝束飞花量得到有效改善,并确保滤棒质量符合标准要求;③气流开松压力不是影响丝束飞花量的主要因素。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce flying generation in filter rod making,optimize filter rod making process and improve filter rod quality,the flying generated from tows of different moisture contents were determined under different ambient relative humidities.The air pressure of air spreaders and pressures of threaded rolls in ZL26A filter rod maker were studied with an orthogonal method,and the variation of flying amount produced at different opening ratios was analyzed.The results showed that:1) flying amount significantly reduced when two moisture content and ambient relative humidity ranged from 5% to 7.6% and 50% to 70%,respectively;2) the pressure of threaded roll affected flying amount significantly,flying amount would be effectively reduced when the pressure of two stabilizer rolls,delivery rolls and threaded rolls was 0.08,0.2 and 0.18 MPa,respectively,and opening ratio in the range of 1.41 to 1.42;3) the air pressure of air spreaders was not the main factor affecting flying amount.
