烟草茎腐病的病原鉴定及生物学特性

Identification and Biological Characters of Pathogen of Tobacco Stem Rot

  • 摘要: 为有效防治烟草茎腐病,采集了漂浮育苗温室大棚中发病烟苗,通过致病性测定及形态学观察,鉴定出烟草茎腐病病原菌为Botrytis cinerea Pers.。生物学特性研究表明,温度22~26℃,pH5~7适宜病原菌的生长发育,分生孢子的致死温度为55℃经历20 min。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively control tobacco stem rot,the tobacco seedlings infected by the pathogen were collected from float beds.The pathogen of tobacco stem rot was identified as Botrytis cinerea Pers.via pathogenicity test and morphology observation.The results of biological character research indicated that temperature from 22 to 26℃ and pH from 5 to 7 were suitable for its growth.The lethal temperature of spores was 55℃ lasting 20 minutes.
