滚筒加工设备烟丝停留时间分布的测定方法

Determination of Residence Time Distributions of Cut Tobacco in Rotary Cylinder

  • 摘要: 为了能够真实准确地反映加工设备中烟丝的停留时间分布,提高烟草的加工质量并为加工设备的改进与完善提供依据,选用CO2膨胀烟丝作为示踪物,采用负阶跃示踪法研究建立了滚筒加工设备中烟丝停留时间分布的测定方法,分析了滚筒转速和固体物料流量对烟丝停留时间分布的影响规律。结果表明:①该方法具有测试时间短、重复性好的特点;②物料在滚筒中的平均停留时间和最短停留时间随转速的增加和流量的增大而减少,无因次方差随着滚筒转速的增加和流量的增大而增大。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the residence time distribution of cut tobacco in rotary cylinders and improve the quality of processed tobacco,a method for determining the residence time distribution of cut tobacco in a rotary cylinder was developed with a negative step trace method by taking CO2 expanded cut tobacco as a tracer,and the effects of rotation speed of cylinder and material throughput on the residence time distribution were analyzed.The results showed that:1) the developed method featured less test time and good repeatability; 2) with the increase of cylinder rotation speed and material throughput,the average and minimum residence time decreased,while dimensionless variance increased.
