Abstract:
The effects of granulation methods,stem moisture contents and repetitive granulation on stem waste,granulous stem yield and filling power were studied by orthogonal experiments.The results showed that:1) granulation method significantly influenced stem waste,granulous stem yield and filling power,the F values of significance test were 12.208,5.590,10.372 with the contribution rates of 42.898%,53.410%, 59.822%,respectively; 2) repetitive granulation also obviously affected granulous stem yield,the F value and contribution rate were 11.919 and 41.792%,respectively; 3) stem's moisture content affected these experimental results as well,but not significant; 4) on the whole,hammer granulation was a better method for preparing granulous stem.The suitable stem moisture content was about 30% and repeated granulation for 2 to 3 times.
