激光测距仪在烟草制丝线中的应用
Application of Laser Rangefinder in Tobacco Primary Processing Line

摘要: 目前制丝生产线对运动设备的距离控制大多采用开关量位置传感器,该控制方式无法对控制距离进行调整,设备定位精度较低。为此,通过使用激光测距仪作为位置传感器,对制丝生产线上需要定位控制或距离控制的设备进行了改造。分别以储柜铺料行年、切片机、储柜分配行车为例,利用激光测距仪的绝对距离、相对距离、有效距离带3种算法对测量数值进行计算,从而达到控制设备运行距离和准确定位的目的。应用效果表明,激光测距仪应用于上述运动设备后,实现了根据进料量按比例进柜,进柜范围30%~100%;解决了切片机对非标准包装烟包的切片宽度不均匀问题,切片宽度误差控制在±5 cm内;实现了分配车的精确定位,分配车寻柜和定位准确率达到了100%。Abstract: The position sensor now widely adopted in controlling the moving equipments in tobacco primary processing lines was of on-and-off type,it was low in positioning accuracy and its controlling distance was not adjustable.Therefore,the equipments in primary processing line where position or distance control was needed were upgraded by rangefinders.Taking tobacco silo,tobacco slicer and distributor vehicle as examples,the running distance or position of moving equipments was controlled by calculating the measured data with the algorithms of absolute distance,relative distance,effective distance range of laser rangefinder.The results of practical application indicated that the material entering the silo was in proportion with the material input ranging from 30% to 100%; the error of slicing width in slicer was controlled within ±5 cm; the rate of accurate positioning of distributor vehicle was up to 100%.
