添加液体香料滤棒的加香稳定性及其生产设备的制程能力评价

Accuracy of Flavor Application in Filter Rod Making and Process Capability Index of Filter Rod Maker

  • 摘要: 为了评价滤棒加香的稳定性及其生产设备的制程能力,测定了16个普通烟用液体香料和10个滤棒加香用的液体香料样品中的乙醇、1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇含量,并以1,2-丙二醇作标记物,考察了2台滤棒成型机制备的加香滤棒中1,2-丙二醇含量的X-R控制图和工序过程能力指数(Cpk)。结果表明:①26个香精样品中均检出乙醇,且含量最大;其次是1,2-丙二醇,除1个样品外,25个香精样品中都检出1,2-丙二醇;第三是丙三醇,12个样品中检出,14个样品未检出,其中包括10个滤嘴加香用的香精样品;②滤棒中1,2-丙二醇的检出限为0.045 mg/支,平均回收率99.95%,相对标准偏差1.41%;③1#和2#机台均处于稳定控制状态;④1#机台和2#机台的Cpk值分别为1.46和0.97。以1,2-丙二醇作标记物可以评价添加液体香料滤棒产品的加香稳定性和生产设备的制程能力。

     

    Abstract: In order to evaluate the accuracy of flavor application in filter rod making and the process capability index of the equipments for making the same,the contents of ethanol,1,2-propylene glycol and glycerol in 16 samples of common liquid cigarette flavors and 10 samples of liquid filter flavors were determined.The XR control chart of 1,2-propylene glycol content in filter rod and process capability index (C pk) of filter rod makers No.1 and No.2 were studied by using 1,2-propylene glycol as a marker.The results showed that:1) Ethanol was found with the highest contents in all the 26 samples,1,2-propylene glycol found in 25 samples.Glycerol was not detectable in 14 samples,including the 10 samples of filter flavors.2) The average recovery of 1,2-propylene glycol in filter was 99.95% with the RSDs of 1.41% and the limit of detection of 0.045 mg per filter rod.3) The filter rod makers No.1 and No.2 were in stable controlled state.4) The C pk of filter rod makers No.1 and No.2 was 1.46 and 0.97,respectively.It was concluded that the flavoring accuracy of filter rod and the C pk of filter rod maker could be evaluated by using 1,2-propylene glycol as a marker.
