单头转移内衬纸组合折叠成型技术在GDX2包装机组中的应用

摘要: 单头转移内衬纸替代复合铝箔纸应用于GDX2包装机组时,由于单头转移内衬纸铝层过薄、可塑性差、弹性大,衬纸成型易出现折叠后因回弹较大而造成内衬纸烟包折皱、折烂内衬纸等现象,增加了设备停机次数。为此,通过对内衬纸活动折叠、固定折叠两种折叠方式研究,改进了部分折叠零件,优化了活动折叠装置的调整间隙,采用"活动折叠+固定折叠"的组合方式完成单头转移铝箔纸在GDX2机组的折叠成型。活动折叠装置先按内衬纸烟包成型要求进行折叠,形成固定的折痕,减小了内衬纸的张力,固定折叠装置按活动折叠装置预设的折叠形式,完成内衬纸烟包的全部成型工作。试验结果表明:组合折叠成型技术折叠性能好,稳定性高,对材料适应性较强,易于维护,完全能够满足单头转移内衬纸的成型要求。改进后GDX2包装机组因内衬纸折叠成型引发的设备停机故障基本消除,不同内衬纸的换牌时间减少3.6 h/台·月,设备有效作业率提高10%,有效保证了内衬纸在成型过程中的可靠性和稳定性。Abstract: PATL foil has a thinner aluminium coating,and is of high resilience,when used as an inner liner,the foil tends to be creased or torn in the folding process in GDX2 packer,which may result in machine failures.Therefore,the packer was modified by altering the related folding parts,precisely setting the clearances between the moving folding parts,and the foil was folded with the combination of moving folding and fixed folding.The moving folding device was responsible for forming dead fold lines,then completed the folding procedures by fixed folding device.The results of experiments showed that:the machine shutdown caused by liner folding was basically avoided,the liner changing time for a packer shortened by 3.6 hours per month,the machine efficiency increased by 10%.
