曲靖烟叶主要化学成分与海拔及经纬度的典型相关性

Main Chemical Components in Qujing Tobacco and Their Canonical Correlations with Altitude,Latitude and Longitude of Growing Areas

  • 摘要: 为了明确曲靖烟叶化学成分与海拔及经纬度的关系,采用典型相关分析法研究了2100个烟叶样品的总糖、还原糖、总氮、烟碱、钾、氯含量与海拔、经度、纬度间的相关性。结果表明:各部位烟叶化学成分与海拔及经纬度的3对典型变量的相关系数均达到极显著水平;不同部位烟叶化学成分与海拔及经纬度的相关性基本一致;总糖与海拔和纬度呈正相关,与经度呈负相关;总氮与海拔及经度呈正相关,与纬度呈负相关;钾含量与海拔及纬度呈负相关,与经度呈正相关;氯含量与海拔及经纬度呈负相关;还原糖、烟碱与海拔及经纬度相关性均不显著。可见,曲靖烟叶化学成分与海拔及经纬度有一定的相关性。

     

    Abstract: In order to find out the relationships of main chemical components in Qujing tobacco with the altitude,latitude and longitude of growing areas,the canonical correlation analysis of total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen,nicotine,potassium,chlorine in tobacco with altitude,latitude and longitude of their growing areas was conducted,2100 flue-cured tobacco samples were analyzed.The results indicated that:for the leaves from the same stalk position all the 3 pairs of canonical correlation coefficients reached 1% confidence levels;main chemical components in leaves from different stalk positions had similar relationships with altitude,latitude and longitude;total sugar positively correlated with altitude and latitude,negatively correlated with longitude;the correlations of total nitrogen with altitude and longitude were positive,with the latitude were negative;potassium negatively correlated with altitude and latitude, positively correlated with longitude;chlorine negatively correlated with altitude,latitude and longitude;the correlations of reducing sugar and nicotine with
