Abstract:
A method for rapidly determining fifteen pesticides, such as pymetrozine and others, in tobacco with LC-MS/MS was developed.Samples were extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned up by dispersive solid-phase extraction and finally detected with LC-MS/MS.The results showed that the recoveries of the fifteen pesticides ranged from 70.43% to 117.81% at the standard's levels of 0.1,0.25 and 0.5 μg/g, the relative standard deviation (RSD) ranged from 1.16% to 13.89%,and the limit of detection was from 0.004 to 0.030 μg/g. This method was suitable for the rapid analysis of multiple pesticide residues in batches of tobacco samples.
