烟叶保润性能影响因素研究

  • 摘要: 为考察烟叶保润性能的影响因素,对不同类型、表面蜡质脱除前后以及超临界CO2萃取前后烟叶的化学成分与组织结构对其保润性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:烤烟、白肋烟和香料烟等3种不同类型烟叶由于化学成分和组织结构的差异,表现出不同的保润特性,白肋烟虽然含糖量低,但具有最佳保润性能,这可能与其组织结构的特异性有关;CH2Cl2刷洗烤烟烟叶表面后其保润性能变差,说明表面蜡质对烟叶水分的维持起着重要作用;超临界CO2萃取后,烤烟烟丝在低湿条件下的水分保持能力增强,说明其组织结构的变化对烟丝保润性能的改变起决定作用;此外,水溶性糖类物质对白肋烟烟叶在低湿条件下水分的保持具有正面作用,但对高湿条件下烟丝的水分保持起负面作用

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the factors influencing the moisture retentivity of tobacco leaf, the chemical compositions and tissue structure of different types of tobacco leaves, cuticular wax removed leaves and super-critical CO2 extracted leaves on their moisture retentivity were analyzed. The results showed that:1) the moisture retentivity of flue-cured, burley and oriental tobacco leaves differed from each other because of their chemical composition and tissue structure differences; burley tobacco possessed higher moisture retentivity despite of it slower sugar content, which might be attributed to its unique tissue structure; 2) the reduction of moisture retentivity of flue-cured tobacco after washed by methylene chloride indicated that the cuticular wax played a crucial role in moisture retention of tobacco; 3) the enhanced moisture retentivity of super-critical CO2 extracted flue-cured tobacco at low humidity condition demonstrated that the change of tissue structure was the key factor affecting its moisture retentivity; 4) water soluble sugars positively affected the moisture retentivity of burley tobacco at low humidity condition, but negatively affected the same at high humidity condition.
