Optimization of Ambient Air Parameters for Cut Tobacco Storing

  • 摘要: 为了保证在同一贮丝环境下不同价类牌号烟丝在贮存过程中含水率指标的稳定,采用正交试验的方法,对贮丝房的温度、湿度进行了分析与优化,并对优化后的环境条件方案进行了验证。结果表明:①优化贮丝环境方案为温度26℃,相对湿度58%;②相对湿度是影响烟丝含水率的关键因素,达到0.01的极显著水平;温度对烟丝的含水率影响为弱显著(0.05<P≤0.20);温度、相对湿度之间的交互作用对烟丝含水率无影响(P>0.20);③烟丝牌号的价类越高,受环境温湿度的影响越小,反之亦然。

     

    Abstract: For ensuring the stability of moisture content in cut tobacco of different cigarette blends stored in the same ambient conditions, the temperature and relative humidity (RH) in the cut tobacco storing room were analyzed and optimized by orthogonal test;and the optimized conditions were verified. The results showed that:1) optimal ambient air parameters were:temperature 26℃, RH 58%;2)RH was the key factor affecting the moisture content in cut tobacco, which reached extremely significant level;temperature affected the moisture content insignificantly (0.05<P≤0.20);while the interaction between temperature and RH showed no effect on the moisture content (P>0.20);3)the change of moisture content in cut tobacco negatively correlated with the price categories of cut tobacco, cut tobacco of higher price category was less affected by ambient air parameters.
