Improvement of Cutting Mechanism in Final Cutting Drum in YJ212 Plug Assembler

  • 摘要: 为解决YJ212接装机最终分切鼓轮切割机构构件损坏率高,以及烟支滤嘴毛边、拉丝、变形等问题,对其切割机构进行了改进。将最终分切鼓轮的切割圆刀更换为YG8硬质合金材质,以提高切割圆刀的锋利性和持久性,并取消了原切割圆刀磨刀砂轮;设计了切割圆刀胶垢清洁装置,利用三刃刮刀有效清除切割圆刀上的胶垢。应用效果表明,最终切割机构的切割圆刀更换周期由原来的8~10 h延长到170 h左右,由最终切割圆刀引起的滤嘴挤压、变形、拉丝等问题烟支由5%~7%降低到1%以下。改进后YJ212接装机最终切割机构,结构简单,运行可靠,减少了维护工作量。

     

    Abstract: The cutting mechanism in final cutting drum in YJ212 plug assembler was improved to solve the problems of frequent parts damage in cutting mechanism and filter cut end defects, including rough edge, distortion, and fiber protrusion. Carbide cutting disk was used in final cutting drum to improve its sharpness and endurance and dispense with the sharpener wheel. A cleaning device was designed to clean the glue build-up on the disk with a three-square scraper. The results of application showed that the life of the cutting disk increased from 8-10 to about 170 hours, and the percentage of cigarettes with defects caused by final cutting disk decreased from 5%-7% to under 1%. The improved final cutting drum is simple in structure, reliable in operation, and less in maintenance work.
