基于RFID技术的烟叶物流管理信息系统设计与实现

Design and Realization of RFID-based Tobacco Logistics Management Information System

  • 摘要: 为满足烟叶物流信息化需求,提高烟叶仓储物流信息的可靠性和准确性,解决烟叶物流过程中存在的烟叶数据采集方式繁琐、烟叶物流数据缺乏可追溯性、烟叶供应链缺乏有效监控等问题,建立了基于RFID技术的烟叶物流信息系统平台。通过在烟叶物流过程中嵌入RFID电子标签进行信息采集,提高数据采集效率,实现过程追溯。应用结果表明,烟叶过程信息能够实时获取,烟叶质量实现了回溯控制,通过对信息流的监控实现了对烟叶物流过程的有效管理,数据及时性和准确率分别提高了90%和12.8%,为烟叶物流管理人员提供了有效和准确的决策信息,提高了抵御物流风险的能力,提升了物流服务水平。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the reliability and accuracy of tobacco warehousing and logistics information and solve the problems existed in logistics process, including complicated data acquisition, ineffective tobacco supply chain monitoring, and untraceable tobacco logistics information, a RFID-based leaf tobacco logistics information system platform was developed, wherein RFID electronic tags were embedded for information acquisition, to improve the efficiency of data acquisition and carry out process tracing. The results of application indicated that the information of tobacco leaf in the process could be real-timely obtained, tobacco quality became traceable, the effective management of tobacco leaf logistics process was realized, and the rate of timely data acquisition and data accuracy increased by 90% and 12.8%, respectively.
