烟草中氯的AAⅢ连续流动分析仪测定改进

Modification of AA Ⅲ Autoanalyzer Used for Determining Chloride in Tobacco

  • 摘要: 为了降低AAⅢ连续流动分析仪测定烟草中氯含量的偏差,考察了透析装置、测定波长和进样管流量与显色剂浓度的配比对测定结果的影响,并对AAⅢ连续流动分析仪进行了改进。结果表明:①在反应管路上添加透析装置,烟草萃取液得到净化;②在波长460 nm下测定,反应产物的吸收最大;③改进后,烟草中氯的加标回收率为94.2%~106.5%,RSD<5%。改进后的AAⅢ连续流动分析仪适合烟草中氯含量的准确测定。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the deviation in determining chloride in tobacco by AA Ⅲ autoanalyzer, the effects of dialyzer, wavelength for detection sample injection rate and color developing reagent concentration on the determination results were investigated, and the autoanalyzer was modified. The results showed that:1) Tobacco extract could be purified by adding a dialyzer at reaction pipe. 2)Max adsorbance of reaction product was at the wavelength of 460 nm. 3) After modification, the recovery of the method were from 94.2% to 106.5% with RSD<5%。The modified AA Ⅲ autoanalyzer is suitable for the accurate determination of chloride in tobacco.
