KTC80切丝机驱动系统的改造

摘要: KTC80切丝机采用液压驱动,工作压力高,液压油易泄漏污染烟丝,为此对切丝机驱动系统进行了改造。改造后切丝机取消了液压系统及PIV减速器,采用交流异步伺服电机、交流同步伺服电机分别驱动刀辊、排链;采用S7-300C PLC对刀辊转速和排链转速实施控制,烟丝宽度通过触摸屏可任意设定;采用气动控制直角曲柄增压机构压实烟草物料。应用结果表明,改造后KTC80切丝机解决了漏油问题,梗丝宽度误差减少了1.41百分点,碎丝率降低了0.03百分点,整丝率提高了0.98百分点。减少了零配件数量,降低了备件费用,操作维修简便,提高了设备的整机技术水平。Abstract: In KTC80 tobacco cutter with hydraulic drive system,the hydraulic oil tends to leak and pollute cut tobacco because of high working pressure. Therefore,the drive system was upgraded as following: adopting AC asynchronous servo motor and AC synchronous servo motor in the place of hydraulic system and PIV reducer to drive knife drum and band respectively; using SIEMENS S7-300C PLC to control the speed of knife drum and band,setting the width of cut tobacco at will on a touch screen; adopting pneumatic controlled right-angle crank pressure booster for tobacco compression. The application results showed that oil leakage was avoided,the error of cut stem width and the proportion of short strands reduced by 1.41 and 0.03 percentage points,respectively; while the proportion of long strands increased by 0.98 percentage points. The amount and cost of spare parts decreased,machine operation and maintenance were simpler,and the complete equipment was promoted technically.
