二维液相色谱法测定卷烟主流烟气中的间-苯二酚及其他酚类化合物

Determination of Resorcinol and Other Phenolic Compounds in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke by Two-dimensional Liquid Chromatography

  • 摘要: 建立了测定卷烟主流烟气中7种主要酚类化合物的二维液相色谱方法,考察了中心切割和二维分离间-苯二酚的色谱条件,以及二维液相色谱系统的稳定性,并采用该方法测定了12种卷烟样品主流烟气中的这7种酚类化合物。结果表明:①中心切割和二维液相色谱能够有效分离间-苯二酚与干扰物质;②中心切割和二维液相色谱不影响卷烟主流烟气中其它6种酚类化合物的准确定量;③12种卷烟样品主流烟气中间-苯二酚的释放量为0.72~2.15μg/支。

     

    Abstract: Seven major phenolic compounds, including hydroquinone, resorcinol, catechol, phenol, m+p-cresol and o-cresol, in mainstream cigarette smoke were determined by liquid chromatography with two-dimensional column(2D-LC). The conditions of heart-cutting and two dimensional chromatographic separation for resorcinol, and the stability of 2D-LC system were emphatically investigated. The deliveries of the phenolic compounds in mainstream smoke of twelve cigarette samples were tested with the developed method. The results showed that: 1)Resorcinol could be effectively separated from interfering substances by heart-cutting and 2D-LC. 2)The detection accuracy of the other phenolic compounds was not influenced. 3) The delivery of resorcinol in mainstream cigarette smoke of the test samples ranged from 0.72 to 2.15 μg/cig.
