Analysis of Important Aroma Components in Tobacco by GC-MS with Selective Ion Mode

  • 摘要: 采用优化的同时蒸馏萃取前处理方法,以乙酸苯乙酯为内标,对烟草中的致香物质进行了气相色谱-质谱/选择离子监测(GC-MS/SIM)分析,准确测定了卷烟中的吡啶、噻唑、吡咯等24种碱性香味成分和糠醛、糠醇、β-紫罗兰酮等34种中性香味成分。结果表明:中性香味成分的回收率为73.05%~97.35%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于10%,其中20种成分的回收率高于80%;碱性香味成分的回收率为71.49%~98.93%,其中22种成分的RSD小于10%,2-甲基吡嗪和四甲基吡嗪的RSD分别为14.96%和11.81%。

     

    Abstract: The cut tobacco in cigarette samples was prepared with optimized simultaneous distillation and extraction by using phenylethyl acetate as an internal standard (IS). The aroma components in the samples were analyzed by GC/MS with selective ion mode. 24 basic aroma components, including pyridine, thiazole, pyrrole, and 34 neutral aroma components, including furfural, furfuryl alcohol, β-ionone, in tobacco were accurately quantitated. The results showed that: the recoveries of neutral aroma components ranged from 73.05% to 97.35% with RSDs below 10%, among them the recoveries of 20 components were above 80%. The recoveries of basic aroma components ranged from 71.49% to 98.93%, of which the RSDs of 22 components were less than 10%, RSDs of 2-methyl pyrazine and tetramethyl pyrazine were 14.96% and 11.81%, respectively.
