干法灰化-离子色谱法测定烟草中的钾、钙和镁
Determination of K+, Ca2+, and Mg2+ in Tobacco with Dry Ashing-Ion Chromatography

摘要: 建立了测定烟草中钾、钙和镁的干法灰化-离子色谱方法。结果表明:①钾、钙和镁3种元素可以实现一次进样,同时测定;②相对平均标准偏差RSD<5%;③加标回收率分别为98.0%~105.0%,98.6%~102.3%,97.0%~104.9%;④检出限分别为0.06,0.03,0.05μg/mL。Abstract: A method for simultaneously determining the contents of potassium, calcium and magnesium in tobacco with dry ashing-ion chromatography was developed. The results showed that: the relative standard deviations of potassium, calcium and magnesium were lower than 5%; the recoveries ranged from 98.0% to 105.0%, 98.6% to 102.3%, and 97.0% to 104.9%; and the detection limits were 0.06, 0.03, 0.05 μg/mL, respectively.
