Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of low screening efficiency,high tobacco degradation and higher rate of tobacco remaining in paper,the screening system in FY10 tobacco recovery machine was improved as following: 1)changing the double-deck discharge shaker into a single-deck one;2)replacing wire screen with a screen plate;3)adding elastic balls under the screen plate of the two shakers. And an independent secondary stripping system was also added,which was composed of an elevating feeder,a gently stripping device and a disc type grading sieve. The application results showed that after improving,the problem of mesh blocking caused by tobacco dust was solved,the average proportion of long strands in recovered tobacco increased from 56.93% to 67.86%,while that of short strands decreased from 1.35% to 0.34%,the average rate of tobacco remaining in paper reduced from 27.45% to 3.19%,the utilization of tobacco was improved.
