  • 摘要: 采用热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)和热解-气相色谱/质谱法(Py-GC/MS)对苯乙醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷的热失重和热裂解产物进行了研究。结果表明:苯乙醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷的主要热失重区间是240~350℃,在此温度范围内,样品约完全失重;熔融温度为107.63℃,裂解温度为325.29℃;其主要裂解产物为苯类和杂环化合物,裂解产物数量随温度的增加而增多。该研究为考察其在卷烟燃烧过程中的转化行为提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: The thermal mass loss and pyrolysis products of phenylethyl β-D-glucopyranoside were investigated with thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) and online pyrolysis gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS). The TG curve showed that the largest mass loss occurred from 240 to 350℃, within that temperature range, the sample lost nearly all its mass. The DTA curve illustrated that melting temperature was 107.63℃, and pyrolysis temperature was 325.29℃ . The main pyrolysis products were benzenoid and heterocyclic compounds. The number of pyrolysis products increased with the rise of temperature. This study provided a reference for investigating the transformation behavior of phenylethyl β-D-glucopyranoside during cigarette combustion.
